Thanksgiving weekend

This will be our last chance to get to the pond on a weekend before the road to the launch closes on Dec 1. Wayne and I are planning to spend an hour or two on Friday or Sunday, whichever day is forecast to have the best weather. We'll decide later this week and post our plans. We hope some of you can join us. We will have Wayne's dad with us, and will hope for weather nice enough for him to take a walk around the pond. If any of you have house guests that would like to join you, just bring them along for a nice, easy walk around the pond.

Based on the weather, and other commitments, Sunday will be the best day for us (Nancy and Wayne) to go to Walden. We'll plan on arriving at around 1:00, but won't be staying more than an hour or two. It wouldn't hurt to call ahead to make sure the road down to the boat launch is open: 978-369-3254
